There are a few mods on Modthesims that do that, but it's not that bad. My Vampire has the Attractive lifetime reward and has the Proper trait, so after a proper introduction and a hypnotic stare, she can usually get what she needs. Then she denies that she's a Vampire of course! On that note, hypnotic stare may make drinking easier.
